Cancellation Policy
The customer cancellation deadline is two weeks before the start date of the course for which he is registered. If the customer cancels before the deadline, Vibranalysis will reschedule him on a future dated course. If the customer cancels after the deadline but before the course begins, Vibranalysis will credit 50% of the price paid for the course On rescheduling at the customer's convenience. In the case of rescheduling after a late cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the balance of the payment (after charging 50% of original price as a late cancellation penalty) for the new course dates. If the customer cancels after the course begins or fails to attend without notice, he will forfeit the entire cost of the course (whether payment was made in Rands or training credits).
Vibranalysis reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If that decision is necessary and is made, Vibranalysis will contact the customer or his company as soon as possible. In that case, Vibranalysis will work to reschedule the customer for another training course at his convenience. Vibranalysis will apply the full amount of the original payment or ‘free training credit' to that rescheduled offering.
Customers should not purchase non-refundable airline tickets. If for any reason a course is cancelled, Vibranalysis will not be responsible for the costs of tickets or other travel related expenses.
